     Our Manufacturers provide a Factory Warranty ranging from One to Ten Years.  This is a structural warranty covering materials and workmanship.  It covers the home only.   Appliances normally carry their own One Year Warranty.

     FHA, VA, and USDA require more extensive coverage, which we provide through the  2-10 Home Buyer Warranty.  This third-party warranty is available to any of our homebuyers at their request.   It covers the home from the ground up, including the foundation.
